A personal trainer welcomes each guest in the gym, equipped with the most modern facilities, for individual sessions of fitness, postural gymnastics, healing yoga, meditation and reiki. Holistic disciplines can also take place in the park, in the thermal pool or in the Oriental cabin.

Meditation helps calm the mind, manage emotions and stress, and improve the quality of one’s life.

With reiki treatment, the body is brought to a state of deep relaxation, eliminating stress and calming the mind, achieving an increase in intuitive abilities, resulting in clarity of thought and judgment.

At Lucia Magnani Health Clinic, it is also possible to practice thermal yoga, yoga in the thermal waters, a unique relaxation experience, supported and guided by the operator.

Postural gymnastics

At Lucia Magnani Health Clinic, we focus on correct posture: control and retraining are essential to avoid medical issues.

Posture is increasingly linked to musculoskeletal problems (and beyond), from back pain to scoliosis. It is therefore necessary to take care of it: mproving posture through muscle tone strengthening is the main goal of this type of activity. 

Postural gymnastics includes treatments dedicated to the muscles and skeletal system. It helps:
• the paravertebral and abdominal muscles, the ones that support us and help maintain posture;
• the respiratory muscles, as correct posture also relies on breathing;
• the pelvic stabilizing muscles, which keep the pelvis in the correct position while walking;

For these reasons, postural gymnastics represents one of the fundamental aspects of the Long Life Formula programs.
