• Chief Executive Officer of Long Life Formula S.r.l., the company that manages Lucia Magnani Health Clinic, Terme di Castrocaro, and the Grand Hotel Castrocaro Long Life Formula® — part of the GVM Care & Research group.
• President of Primus Forlì Medical Center (Day Surgery and Private Polyclinic), also part of the GVM Care & Research group, an Italian hospital network.

In the UK, she is President of GVM Long Life Formula Ltd, the company responsible for producing and selling the anti-ageing cosmetic line 'Lucia Magnani Skincare'.
