The programme includes the following:

• Overnight stay in a Long Life Formula room
• Personal supervisor for the duration of the program
• All meals are included as well as two snacks per day at the Long Life Formula restaurant, following a personalized dietary plan
• Welcome package including bathrobe, slippers, and clothing (joggers and T-shirts) for your stay
• Daily access to the Health Spa, featuring saunas, a Roman bath, a steam bath for thalassotherapy, multisensory showers, cool plunge pools, Zerobody dry-floatation tanks, indoor and outdoor pools with thermal water and whirlpool spots, relaxation rooms with a selection of herbal teas (the minimum age for admission is 14 years)
