It is structured in two areas: the Health Training Centre and the Performance & Medical Fitness Centre, to fully meet every wellness need.
Movement that prevents and rehabilitates
A pathway that promotes exercise by including it in a targeted manner within the treatment of the individual disease. The services are aimed at people suffering from chronic, exercise-sensitive illnesses, such as neurological diseases, cardiovascular diseases, low back pain and diabetes, but also at frail elderly people, people with disabilities or compromised social skills. For each individual patient, our medical, health and technical staff define the most suitable pathway to achieve specific health goals.
Train body and mind with the perfect movement for you
The Performance & Medical Fitness Centre exploits the synergy of the most effective tools in the field of physical rehabilitation: diagnostic imaging, physiotherapy, spa treatments, physical activity. For those who practice sport, the centre offers a service aimed at optimising their competitive or amateur performance. Equipped with innovative Technogym Biostrength brand machines, capable of guaranteeing maximum neuromuscular activation and correct exercise set-up and execution, it offers the assistance of qualified personal trainers to achieve individual goals.
It is possible to access the facility through individual sessions or to purchase training packages.
