In the Lucia Magnani Health Clinic , postural training is a top priority: realigning and maintaining your posture is crucial to prevent the onset of medical disorders. A correct posture might also help you grow a few centimetres in height and refine your appearance and bearing.
The main objective of this programme is to improve your posture by increasing your muscle tone. Unhealthy posture is commonly associated with, among others, musculoskeletal conditions such as back pain and scoliosis. Therefore, it is important to take extreme care of it.
