Forli, November 24, 2024 – The news had been in the air for some time, now there is also a date to confirm it. Friday, November 29, the new course of the restaurant of the Grand Hotel in Castrocaro Terme will begin and will bear the prestigious signature of the starred chef Carlo Cracco. At the weekend, in fact, the 'soft opening' of the restaurant will take place, the unofficial opening to the first guests, the one that precedes the official inauguration with a ribbon cutting. The confirmation came directly from the words of the CEO of the complex (which includes the hotel, the Spa and the Health Clinic) Lucia Magnani, who during a private event held in the hotel announced the opening of the restaurant 'by Cracco'.

 

The name has yet to be defined, to be chosen from a limited number already identified. Over the course of the summer, the restaurant guru had already curated various dinners and gala evenings on the panoramic terrace ('rooftop' as they say today), plating up delicacies in front of the guests. Events with excellent feedback, which had raised enthusiastic reactions from those present: hence the hypothesis of a stabilization of the relationship between the great chef and the monumental hotel of the rationalist era.”
